Our primary shipping method is SWISS POST service. Express services such as UPS and / or FEDERAL EXPRESS are available upon special request. Items on backorder will be shipped as they are re-stocked. Shipping for backordered items will be adjusted so as not to cost you any extra in shipping charges (Switzerland Only). Shipping charges are calculated on a per shipment basis.
International Customers:
We do ship internationally. This can get very expensive.
We will provide a shipping quote by e-mail on all international orders.
We do reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries due to high
rates of fraud.
All foreign shipping costs are calculated by WEIGHT of goods.
As a simple rule of thumb: The heavier, the more expensive.
Rates are fixed by SWISS POST but can vary between countries.
Shipping options :
Shipping option #1 : PRIORITY Air Mail, insured.
Shipping option #2 : ECONOMY Air Mail, insured.
Shipping option #3 : UPS / FEDERAL EXPRESS (on special
request)
Customer must specify one of the above.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time is approx. 4-10 days by use of shipping option #1 to North America for
example.
Delivery time is approx. 11-15 days by use of shipping option #2 to North America for
example.
Above estimates are given by SWISS POST and we can not hold responsible if
these days are not met.
Customs fee and other related dutys:
Customs, duty, and any other fees incurred during the import process are
additonal and payable by the receiver.
We do not know what these fees may be. Please contact some one in your country's
import department for info on those charges.
